These two bathroom projects were complete space and finish redesign.

The Guest Bath / Laundry Remodel was a small hallway full bath (tub and separate shower). I redid the design to maximize functionality for daily living while providing a shared bath for an extra guest room. It is amazing to now have a main floor laundry that was once located in the kitchen. Also, it supplements another full size laundry in the cellar. Very convenient for the way we live.

The Master Guest Remodel is a second master suite that is essentially a guest room. I had the option to steal a bit of space off of two closets to relocate the shower and tub. It was a requirement to have a quiet soaking tub (heated shell) that would accomodate tall owners and family members.

In both bathrooms my goal was to create spaces to rejuvenate, to ergonomically support daily living, maximize the use of space:need and keep to an overriding design aesthetic of modern, clean lines that blended well with other remodel projects.
