After weeks of painting out sheets of color samples, it became clear that the colors were going to center around an updated mid-century modern color scheme.  The challenge for me was to balance and coordinate 3 palettes (outside garden, canvas art, and counter tops).  I wanted to be sure and draw the outside in to keep a perspective on the organic nature of our interior space.

Nate Olean was back to work his artistic magic on the final painting details. LLoyd then completed the magic with the matchstix backsplash.  I think it all looks pretty sweet!
