Fondant Like No Other

Yesterday, the plastering team from John’s Drywall and Plaster truly put the icing on the cake. Their artistry in working with plaster was lovely to witness and hear. There’s always a rhythm to the day, today’s was a “boot skootin’, take me back to my days in Austin kind of feel. It was augmented by the sounds of trowels, back and forth, over and over and over again, slowly finding that perfect texture. John works completely engulfed in his craft; it is clear his focus is deep and expert. His team walks around on stilts as if these artificial appendages are hard wired to their legs. Just so cool. Thanks guys you “kicked it”.
